Al2O3陶瓷制备及性能分析

摘    要:以纯Al2O3粉、Mg(NO3)2·6H2O、Y(NO3)3·6H2O为原料,于1500℃、1600℃和1700℃常压制备了高纯Al2O3陶瓷,研究了烧结温度和烧结助剂的含量对Al2 O3陶瓷密度、硬度及微观结构的影响.结果表明,添加剂的作用受烧结温度的影响较大,进而影响了烧结体的硬度.

Abstract:Al2O3 ceramics are fabricated using high-purity Al2O3 powder,Mg(NO3)2 · 6H2O, and Y(NO3)3 ·6H2O as the raw material,sintered at 1500℃, 1600℃, 1700℃ without pressure. Effects of sintering temperatures and additives on the final density,hardness and microstructure are studied. The results show that the effects of sintering additives are influenced by sintering temperatures,then hardness is effected.
