基于因子分析法的风险投资评价模型

摘    要:为确保没有抵押担保、投资大、流动性小、大多数是面向高新技术的风险投资项目的安全性,基于因子分析方法原理,建立了指标相关性低、核心影响因素突出的风险投资评价模型。通过分析不同项目的环境风险、财务风险、技术风险、市场风险、管理风险和协同风险等,确定出评定项目风险的4个综合性指标:偿债与市场风险、技术风险、外界环境和生产保障条件风险、运营和管理风险。针对不同类型的投资项目,对其进行类型划分,为投资人(企业)挖掘出适合自身的风险投资对象或投资组合,实现利益的最大化。

Abstract:To ensure the security of investment projects for high-tech with no collateral,large investment funds and small mobility,based on the principle of factor analysis,the venture capital evaluation system is established with low index correlation and important impact factors.Through analyzing different types of risks from different projects,four comprehensive factors for evaluation of project risk are identified: risks for debt and market,risks for technology,risks for the external environment and production security conditions,risks for management and cooperation.The comprehensive in-depth analysis of factors and projects in this paper is expected to help investors find their own suited projects to maximize its interests.
