| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了啤酒生产糖化工艺流程，然后对糖化生产自动化中的一些典型测量与控制方案作了较详细地阐述，其中包括几个尚无先例的方案，最后通过ＡＵＴＯ２０００啤酒生产综合控制系统的应用来验证这些方案的实际可行性。

| Abstract: | The sacclarification craft flowchart for beer production is introduced firstly, followed bythe exposition of some critical measure and control methods for the automation of sacclarifi cation process, including a few new examples having not been seen yet. Finally, the practicalavailability is proved by the application of the AUTO2000 integrated control system for beerproduction. |
