大同煤油团聚脱灰

摘    要:研究油团含水率、搅拌时间、球团大小、充气量以及分段加油等对大同煤油团聚脱灰工艺的影响.结果表明,在油团聚脱灰过程中充人一定量的空气以及分段加入柴油有利于油团聚脱灰.通过搅拌时间与球团大小以及灰分的关系,球团大小与含水率的关系,可以确定最佳的团聚时间.经过一次沽团聚脱除灰分,煤的灰分可以达到1.89%,灰分去除率可以达到88.77%.

Abstract:The effects of operating parameters such as moisture rate,agitation time,agglomeration size,aeration rate and subsection adding oil on Datong coal agglomeration with oil in order for deashing are investigated. The results show that subsection adding oil and aeration rat are beneficial to deashing.The optimal agglomerate time is decided by the relationship of the moisture rate,partide size,the agitation time and ash content.Under a certain condition,the ash content of the agglomerated products could be arrived to 1.89% by one time and the ash rejection rate is arrived to 88.77%.
