精密磨削Invar36合金时的磨料选择

摘    要:本文对白刚玉、铬刚玉和绿色碳化硅三种磨料砂轮磨削Invar36合金时的磨削力、磨削温度、表面粗糙度和磨削比进行了对比分析。结果表明:白刚玉砂轮对Invar36合金的磨削比最高,磨削表面粗糙度较好,但是磨削温度和磨削力也比较高,适用于Invar36合金的粗磨;铬刚玉砂轮磨削时的磨削力最小,磨削温度最低,但是磨削比也比较低,因此适用于易变形零件的精密磨削。

Abstract:In this research, three kinds of wheels made from different abrasives ( white fused alumina, pink fused alumina, green silicon carbide ) were used to grind Invar 36 alloy. Their grinding forces, grinding temperature, surface roughness and grinding ratio were analyzed and compared. The results show that the grinding ratio of white fused alumina wheel on Invar 36 is relatively higher than that of other wheels, the surface roughness is lower. However, its grinding temperature and forces are quite high. It is suitable for coarse grinding of Invar 36. Grinding forces of pink fused alumina wheel on Invar 36 are the lowest, its grinding temperature as well as the grinding ratio are also the lowest, so it is suitable for precision grinding of Invar 36 components which is easy-to-deform.
