城市中心区的建筑综合体与城市主空间——西湖文化广场设计中的城市设计

结合杭州市中心区武林广场中西湖文化广场建筑设计,指出:在城市中心区域的超大体量建筑综合体的设计过程中,建筑师应将城市设计作为建筑设计的基础,首先须考虑城市中心区域的整体性、关联性、耦合性,其次才是建筑本身。运用丰富的空间想像力,将城市建筑形体空间有效地组织起来,并与立体交通统一设计、建设,这是大城市走向高度集中的一种新型建筑模式,也是大城市旧城综合再开发的主要途径之一。

Urban Building Complex Design in the Urban Center and the Main Urban Space——Urban Design of Hangzhou Westlake Cultural Plaza

Based on the concept design of Hangzhou Westlake Cultural Plaza , the author indicates that the architects shall regard the urban design as the basis of the architectural design when designing the multi-functional huge complex in the urban center. Architects should consider the integration, correlation and interconnection of the urban center prior to architecture itself while articulate the forms of urban architecture through the rich spatial imagination, yet incorporate the traffic system into the design and the construction. It will be a kind of new architectural mode to the mega city towards the high degree of centralization and main approach of the overall redevelopment and renovation of the old mega city.
