摘    要:
在分析水资源系统构成及其特点的基础上,提出了基于欧式距离判断的交互式多目标决策新方法,以满意度来表述各单项目标在整体规划中的达到程度,以目标总体协调度来控制各单项目标之间的协调平衡.该方法能够体现目标间的制约与协调和决策者的实际愿望,结果更为客观,更便于实际应用操作,为区域水资源的优化配置提供了一条有效可行的新途径.

Abstract:
Based on analyzing the constitute and character of water resources system, a new interactive multi-objective decision-making method is proposed in this paper. The satisfaction degree is used to express the compassable degree of deferent objective in the whole programming. And the balance among the single objective is corresponded by the collective degree. Not only the restrict and harmony but also the actual desire of the decision-makers is expressed. The result is objective and the method is easy to the fact. An efficient way is provided for the regional water resources optimum disposition.
