微波辐射下空气氧化法合成2-(对甲氧基苯基)苯并咪唑

摘    要:首次在微波辐射下无催化剂空气直接氧化合成了2-(对甲氧基苯基)苯并咪唑,考察了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、原料配比、溶剂用量对产率的影响.实验表明:当微波辐射功率为280W,辐射时间为5.0min,n(对甲氧基苯甲醛):n(邻苯二胺)=1.1:1.0,乙醇用量为6.0mL时,产率可达88.7%.

Abstract:2-(p-Methoxyphenyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole was efficiently synthesized from p-methoxybenzaldehyde and o-phenylenediamine under microwave irradiation by air oxidation method without any catalyst for the first time.The effects of microwave irradiation power,microwave irradiation time,molar ratio,and solvent amount on the yield of object compound were investigated.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:microwave irradiation power 280 W,radiation time 5.0 min,n(p-methoxybenzaldehyde)∶n(o-phenylenediamine) = 1.1∶1.0,amount of ethanol 6.0 mL,the highest yield of the title compound was up to 88.7%.
