| Abstract: | A new solid phase extraction-fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace ofloxacin is proposed in tris-HCl medium and in the presence of NR and HP-β-CD,where a ternary complex is formed by ofloxacin and NR-HP-β-CD conduce to fluorescence quenching.The Linear range is 0.8～6.0 mg/L,the linear equation is △F=9.28c(mg/L)+0.28,the linear coefficient(r) is 0.9949,the limiting detection is 0.24 mg/L.The method is sensitive to ofloxacin.The method has been applied to the direct determination of trace ofloxacin in water s amples. |
