氧化羰基化法合成碳酸二苯酯催化剂活性组分和载体的研究

摘    要:通过对催化活性组分和载体的筛选,开发了负载型催化体系PdCl2-Co(OAc)2/Cu-Co-Mn混合氧化物-TBAB(四丁基溴化铵)-H2BQ(氢醌),分析TBAB是Pd2+的稳定剂和Pd0的表面活性剂,H2BQ促进Pd0的氧化,并采用Material Studio3.2版分子模拟软件,对反应物苯酚及产物DPC(碳酸二苯酯)分子的空间构型和几何参数进行模拟与估算。

Abstract:The palladium complexes catalyst system [PdCl2-Co(OAc)2/Cu-Co-Mn mixed oxides-TBAB-H2BQ)] had been developed by chosen of the active component and the support.TBAB is known to act both as stabilizing agent for Pd2+,and as surfactant agent for Pd0 complexes.H2BQ promotes the reoxidation of Pd0.The structure and parameters of phenyl and DPC were simulated by Material Studio3.2.
