摘    要:根据月球车探测任务的要求和探测地点,分析了设计月球车悬架的方法以及建立悬架设计基本参数选取的方法.从牵引力角度来着重设计悬架及其主要构件,根据月球车的牵引性能取决于土壤的推土阻力和运动阻力,提出了悬架设计的概念设计原则,利用经典的地面力学理论和车辆设计方法构建了月球车悬架设计的概念设计方法.最后利用该方法设计并提出一种新型的月球车悬架构型.通过仿真和实验验证:设计的悬架能够满足设计要求以及概念设计方法的合理性和有效性.

Abstract:A design method for a lunar rover which must perform tasks while exploring a region was developed,and parameters used when selecting the lunar rover's chassis were introduced.Traction performance of lunar rovers is determined by thrust available from the soil and resistance to motion,both of which are determined by the nature of the soil and the configuration of the rover.From the point of view of traction performance,conceptual principles of chassis design were developed.Classic terramechanics and vehicle ...
