陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮对GCrl5轴承钢锭子的磨削研究

摘    要:本文通过用棕刚玉与CBN磨具分别对GCr15轴承钢进行磨削试验,对磨削过程中的参数:温度、磨削力、磨具工作状况以及工件表面质量进行对比,发现CBN磨具可避免棕刚玉磨具因组成所导致的工作环境污染,并使工件的表面磨削质量明显改善,生产效率也提高20倍以上,具有很高的推广价值。

Abstract:Grinding experiments on GCr15 bearing steel spindle were carried out with CBN(cubic boron nitride) wheel and A (brown fused alumina) wheel respectively. Comparison was made on the grinding parameters including temperature,grinding forces,etc as well as the ground surface quality of the workpiece. It was observed that, compared with A grinding wheels, CBN wheels lead to obviousty improved ground surface quality, 20 times higher grinding efficiency and much less environmental pollution.
