板带轧机刚度研究及管理优化

摘    要:针对宁波钢铁有限公司1 780 mm热连轧带钢生产线精轧机组多次出现带钢镰刀弯、轧烂等缺陷,甚至出现堆钢事故严重影响生产顺行的问题,对影响板带钢轧机刚度精度、刚度对称性、刚度稳定性的因素进行了分析研究。从提高轧制力检测精度、辊系横向刚度精度、液压系统性能及轧机刚度对称性方面提出了相应措施,使板形控制稳定性,换品种、规格轧制稳定性,开轧计算精度及设备状态均得到明显提升与改善,保证了轧机稳定运行。

Abstract:In view of some problems, such as strip camber, rolling crack and even piling-up accident seriously affect the continuous production in the finishing mills of 1 780 mm hot strip rolling line in Ningbo Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.,the factors affecting the stiffness accuracy,stiffness symmetry and stiffness stability of strip mill were analyzed and studied. And then the corresponding measures were put forward from the aspects of improving the accuracy of rolling force detection, the precision of transverse stiffness of roll system, the performance of hydraulic system and the symmetry of rolling mill stiffness. Based on theses measures, the stability of strip shape control,rolling stability of changing steel grade and gauge,calculation precision of rolling gap and equipment state had been significantly enhanced and improved, the running stability of the mill was ensured finally.
