摘    要:为了确保飞剪机能够剪切各种定尺长度的带钢,需要计算分析并设计合理的剪切角、剪切行程和空切机构。通过对现场正在使用的曲柄摆式飞剪的结构和液压单偏心空切机构的分析,计算了飞剪机上下剪刃的运动轨迹、剪切角和剪切行程,对实际设计和生产有一定的帮助。

Abstract:To make an effective use of the flying shear to cut strip steels of various specified lengths,it is required to calculate the rational cutting angle,the cutting stroke and the void cutting structure.By analysis of the structure of crank oscillating flying shear and the single eccentric void-cutting structure being used,this paper calculated the moving track,cutting angle and cutting stroke of the upper and lower cutting points,which would be helpful for the actual design and production.
