| 摘 要： | 对比分析了若干文献中有关缩孔原因和解决方案的论述,并逐项与粉末喷涂的缩孔缺陷相关联以确定缩孔的根本原因,提出粉末涂装生产中常见缺陷的数据化表述方法,列出了几种粉末涂装中出现缩孔的实际例子,并提出杜绝缩孔缺陷的可靠方案。

| Abstract: | The related discussion for the cause and solution of shrinkage cavity in several literatures were contrasted and analyzed.Associated with the shrinkage cavity defects of powder coating by turn,so root cause of shrinkage cavity can be determined.Digital expression methods of common defects in the powder coating manufacturing were proposed,several actual case of shrinkage cavity in the powder coating were listed and the reliable solutions to prevent the shrinkage defect were also proposed. |
