| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,分析水样中代森锰锌。代森锰锌在L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐和EDTA-2Na溶液中先转化为代森钠,再与碘甲烷发生甲基化反应,然后以乙腈-磷酸水为流动相,选用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱,在272 nm波长下进行液相色谱分析。结果表明,在0.09~45 mg/L范围内,方法具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8。方法平均回收率为90.88%~93.44%,相对标准偏差为2.22%~3.58%。该方法操作便捷、准确,适用于水体中常量和微量代森锰锌含量分析。

Analysis Method of Mancozeb in Water by HPLC |

| Abstract: | A method for determination of mancozeb in water was developed by HPLC. Mancozeb converted into nabam inL-cysteine hydrochloride and EDTA-2Na under basic conditions, then reacted with methyl iodide. The determination was carried out on the Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile + phosphoric acid solution, the detection wavelength was 272 nm. The results showed that at the concentration of 0.09-45 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The average recoveries of the method were 90.88%-93.44%, with the relative standard deviations of 2.22%-3.58%. The method was fast, simple. |
