烤烟叶片厚度与主要化学组成相关性研究

摘    要:通过对两个烤烟分级标样和两个试验烟主要等级的叶片厚度、主要化学组成的测定和相关分析得出,叶片厚度与烟叶质量关系甚密。叶片厚度与总糖含量和还原糖含量均呈负相关;与蛋白质含量呈正相关;与总氮含量呈正相关;与烟碱含量呈极显著正相关;与糖碱比呈极显著负相关。试验结果指出,在提高烟碱含量,降低糖碱比方面,增加叶片厚度有显著的作用。生产优质烟叶的叶片厚度问题,试验中得到了初步结果,有待进一步研究确定。另外,对以单位叶面积干重代表叶片厚度问题也得到了肯定的结果

Abstract:The main grade leaf thickness and chemical composition of two flue cured tobacco grade standard samples and two experimental tobaccos were determined and analysed.The result showed that the leaf thickness was closely related to quality of tobacco leaves.The relationship of leaf thickness and main chemical composition was as follows.The total and reducing sugar contents were negatively related to leaf thickness.Protain content and total nitrogen were related to it.Nicotine was significantly related to it.The test results showed that the increase in leaf thickness had significant effects on increasing nicotine and decreasing ratio of total sugar to nicotine,The primary results have been got in resolving problems of the leaf thickness for fine cigarette production.However,further research is necessary.The dry weight per leaf area representing the leaf thickness was also proved.
