鲁奇气化工艺优化控制

摘    要:为了有效提高鲁奇气化炉经济运行效果,对影响气化炉能耗的原因进行了分析,从改善入炉煤煤质到节能技术的应用等方面对鲁奇气化工艺进行了优化控制,提出了根据灰熔点分类堆放、降低灰分加强矸石手选能力、选择合适汽氧比等气化炉稳定经济运行的措施.研究结果表明,通过改变原料煤煤质、优化气化炉工艺控制以及采用节能技术,有效降低了鲁奇气化炉的能耗指标.

Abstract:To improve the effects of economical operation on Lurgi gasifier effectively,the paper analyzed the factors that affect the energy consumption of Lurgi gasifier,optimization control of Lurgi gasification process was carried out in many aspects,such as improving the quality of coal as fired,the application of energy saving technics.Some good measures were put forward to ensure the steady operation of Lurgi gasifier,such as placing coal separately by ash fusion point,reducing ash content,improving hand picking ability for coal,choosing the reasonable steam-oxygen ratio,and so on.The results of the study show that,it can reduce the energy consumption of the gasifier effectively by changing the quality of the raw coal,optimizing technics control of gasifier and the application of energy-saving technology.
