凝结式蒸汽干度测量方法与应用

摘    要:依据能量守恒原理和凝结式蒸汽干度测量原理,研制了凝结式蒸汽干度测量装置,并对该装置进行了测量精度的定量分析,分析结果显示其干度测量精度可达到98%,并得出了提高该装置测量精度的内部测量部件的匹配模式,同时制定了该装置的现场安装方案,现场应用实验表明这一干度测量装置具有在线实时测量的实用性。

Abstract:According to the principle of energy conservation and the measurement principle of condensed mode steam quality,a measuring method of condensed mode steam quality was proposed,and the steam quality meter of condensed mode was developed with this method.Quantitative analysis and experimental verification of the precision of the steam quality meter were made,and the results showed that the precision of this meter could reach 98%,and the matching model to increase precision was also presented.Furthermore,the field mounting project of this steam quality meter was designed and the experiment indicated the accuracy and practicality of online measurement of this meter.
