摘    要:提出了一种新型用于推挽电流源高频链逆变器的有源箝位电路.详细阐述了电路的工作原理、控制方案和设计方法.最后给出仿真和实验结果.研究结果表明,该拓扑具有拓扑结构简单,使用器件少,体积小,对辅助功率器件的电压应力和电流应力要求低,部分实现了主开关管的软开关等优点.

Abstract:A novel active clamp circuit used in push-pull current source high frequency link inverter is proposed in this paper,and its operation principle,control scheme and design are described in detail.At last,the results of emulation and experiment are given.The research shows the circuit has the advantages of simple topology,smaller volume and less components,low voltage and current requirements on auxiliary power components and partial realization of soft switching.
