| 摘 要： | 环己烷氧化废碱液的治理是环己酮行业面临的世界性难题 ,中国石化集团鹰山石化厂研究所独创研制出YH - 1环己烷氧化废碱液蒸发促进剂 ,并开发成功环己烷氧化废碱液先进蒸发技术。该技术在鹰山石化厂环己酮装置成功应用 ,圆满解决了环己烷氧化废碱液的蒸发浓缩难题 ,取得了良好的经济效益和环保效益

| Abstract: | How to handle the waste lye produced in oxidizing cyclohexane is a difficult problem faced by the worldwide cyclohexanone manufacturer.The research institute of SINOPEC Yingshan Petrochemical Factory has successfully developed an original technology used in evaporating waste lye produced in oxidizing cyclohexane(ATEWL) and also has prepared YH-1 evaporating accelerant.Now,the ATEWL technology has been applied successfully to the cyclohexanone workshop of SINOPEC Yingshan Petrochemical Factory,and thus solved the difficult problem-how to evaporate and concentrate waste lye produced in oxidizing cyclohexane.At the same time,SINOPEC Yingshan Petrochemical Factory has gained favorable benefit in saving costs and protecting environment. |
