PLC控制步进电机在车床改造中的应用

摘    要:传统的车床采用继电器-接触器控制,具有接线复杂、体积大、自动化程度低的缺点。本文将PLC控制步进电机用于车床改造中,不仅使系统的可靠性和效率大大提高,更主要是使系统能够精确定位。文中设计了步进电机的控制电路,对步进电机的升降速过程进行了研究。实践表明,经改造后的车床运行平稳,噪声小,升降速过程快,提高了系统的运行速度。
