苊的分离与提纯的研究

摘    要:以苊油为原料,研究了苊的精馏分离和结晶精制的工艺条件对苊的纯度和收率的影响。重点考察了精馏阶段温度和操作压力的影响,以及结晶阶段溶剂种类和不同原料纯度的影响。结果表明,以上海宝钢化工有限公司的苊油为原料,通过精馏和结晶,可以制备出高纯度的苊产品,并具有较高的产品收率。

Abstract:Using acenaphthylene oil as raw materials, influences of the technological conditions of rectification separation and crystallization purifying on the purity and yield of acenaphthylene were studied. The factors such as temperature, pressure in the course of rectification, and the kind of solvents, different purities of materials during crystallization were investigated emphatically. The results indicated that acenaphthylene with high purity and high yield could be manufactured via rectification and crystallization based on raw acenaphthylene oil produced by the Shanghai Baosteel Chemical Co., Ltd.
