大米微粉碎工艺特点及参数

摘    要:介绍了大米(碎米)微粉碎工艺特点及在米微粉的开发价值,计算民微粉碎循环气流网路的总风量和总阻力,说明利用一台风机和循环气流网络,在对设备和物料进行降温、冷却的同时,能完成对物料输送、分级及产品收集等任务。空气能量利用率高。

Abstract:The features of rice microgrinding technology and the value of rice microflour were introduced. The total air volume and total resistance of air circulating system for rice microgrinding were calculated. It was shown that one set of fan and air circulating system could be able to fulfil material conveyance, classification and product collection while the equipment and material have been cooled. And the air energy utilization ratio was high.
