摘    要:干燥过程是矿棉吸声板生产过程中的关键环节,也是其生产过程中耗能最大的工序.该干燥过程可分为加速干燥、等速干燥和降速干燥三个阶段.本文利用传质理论,对矿棉吸声板干燥过程的三个阶段进行了分段解析与仿真模拟,实际应用验证了本文的解析与仿真结果的正确性与可靠性,对矿棉吸音板干燥窑的节能操作和新型干燥窑的设计具有重要参考价值.

Abstract:Drying is one of the key processes in the production line of sound-absorption board of mineral wool(SABMW)It is also a process with the highest energy consumption in whole lineThree stages,named speed-up drying, constant-speed drying and speed-down drying, are included in the drying process. A stage-by-stage analysis and numerical simulation on the drying process of SABMW is carried out based on the theory of mass transfer Actual application have provided the accuracy and reliability of analysis and simulation results,which is useful for both the energy saving operation and design of new drying kilns of SABMW
