漆酶/木聚糖酶体系直接降解木质素的研究

摘    要:采用漆酶/木聚糖酶体系(LXS)直接降解木质素,对LXS体系处理条件进行优选。结果表明:LXS体系处理马尾松浆料的最佳条件为pH值4.2,温度45℃,浆浓3%,时间3 h,酶用量10 IU/g;漆酶有明显的增强作用,LXS处理的浆料与对照浆相比,耐破指数、裂断长和撕裂指数分别提高了30.81%、26.18%和21.34%;并对LXS体系与漆酶/介体体系(LMS)降解木质素能力以及酶处理对浆料物理性能的影响进行比较,证明两种漆酶体系降解木质素能力相当,漆酶/木聚糖酶体系可以代替昂贵的漆酶/介体体系降解木质素。

Abstract:Direct degradation of lignin with laccase/xylanase system(LXS) instead of the expensive laccase/mediator system(LMS) was investigated in this paper.The treatment conditions with LXS were optimized.The ability of degradation of lignin with LXS and LMS as well as the effects of enzyme treatment on pulp physical properties were compared.The results indicate as follows.The optimum treatment conditions of pinus massoniana pulp with LXS were pH value 4.2,treatment temperature 45℃,pulp consistency 3%,treatment time 3 h,enzyme usage 10 IU/g.The strength of pulp was obviously increased by LXS treatment.Compared with untreatment pulp,the bursting index,breaking length and tearing index of treated pulp with LXS increased by 33.98%,35.22% and 29.94%,respectively.Compared with control,the bursting index,breaking length and tearing index of treated pulp with LXS increased by 30.81%,26.18% and 21.34% respectively.LXS can completely replace the expensive LMS to degrade lignin.
