| 摘 要： | 结合美学理论，说明对公可以而且应该从审美的角度进行观照；规范化、程式化是公的最大特点，也是公的审美特性所在，其中包括公体式要求的规范化、内容的规范化和语言的规范化；当前应大力提倡从理论的美学的层面上来研究公。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of aesthetics, the paper holds that official documents can and should be viewed aesthetically. Besides it maintains that the standardization and the formalization are the biggest features of official documents and also are where the aesthetical feature lies including standardization of official document format, that of content and that of wording. |
