超滤处理高浊度原水系统的正交试验设计

摘    要:利用正交试验设计原理对超滤处理高浊度原水系统运行的操作参数进行了试验研究,通过4因素3水平的正交试验,找到了较优的操作条件,并对系统设计、选择操作参数进行了分析探讨。结果表明影响超滤处理高浊度原水系统运行的操作参数从主到次的顺序为:浓缩口压力(c)、进水121压力(B)、运行时间(D)及原水浊度(A);优方案为A1B3C3D1,即原水浊度为150NTu、进水口压力为90kPa、浓缩口压力为50kPa、运行时间为30min。
