完美的植物景观,必须具备科学性与艺术性两方面的高度统一.植物造景中的种植设计,不能单独追求艺术效果而不顾植物生长习性的要求,应因地制宜,选择与种植地点的环境和生态相适应的植物种类,否则植物不能存活或生长不良,达不到造景的要求.例举适合热带地区及南亚热带地区生长的数百种植物,以供种植设计时参考.

Methods and Applications of the Ornamental Plant Planning in Cties (3)--Tropcal and Subtropical Plant Planning

The perfect plants landscape must be the integration of science and art. Plant design should not only search for artistic effects while neglecting plants' growing habits. Appropriate plant species should be selected according to the local environment; otherwise the plants will cannot survive or grow unhealthy, and can not fulfill the need of landscape. Hundreds of ornamental plants suitable for growing in tropical and subtropical district are exemplified as reference to landscape design in this paper.
