| 摘 要： | 聚酯生产中,生产负荷、原料的变化均有可能引起成品中二甘醇含量的波动,影响纤维的染色均匀性。在伊文达5釜聚合装置上,通过外添加DEG,适当提高产品DEG的含量并使其保持在一定水平,可以大大减少负荷、原料变化对后加工变形丝染色的影响,同时可提高可纺性。 |

| Abstract: | In the polyester production process,the various production load and raw material may arise the DEG content fluctuation in the product and may effect dyeing evenness.In the EMS five-reactor polyester unit,through adding DEG and enhancing the content of DEG in production properly to maintain a certain level,the influence of various load and raw material to after processing textured yarn dyeing can be reduced greatly,the spinnability can be improved simultaneously. |
