适应高盐循环水处理的复合水处理剂RP－92的研制与工业应用

以新型磷羧酸共聚物ＲＰ－９２（Ａ）为主剂的复合水稳剂ＲＰ－９２处理高盐水质的循环冷却水，实验室动态模拟试验结果为碳钢试管的腐蚀速率小于０．０１５ｍｍ／ａ，结垢粘附速率小于３．６ｍｇ／（ｃｍ２·月）。经现场８０００ｈ连续运行，现场监测换热器碳钢试管的平均腐蚀速率小于０．０６１ｍｍ／ａ，结垢粘附速率小于１１．０ｍｇ／（ｃｍ２·月），且无孔蚀现象，处理效果优于传统无机聚磷配方，水中总磷含量也有较大幅度下降。ＲＰ－９２经毒性评价，属低毒，对环境基本无影响。

PREPARATION OF WATER TREATMENT AGENT RP-92 AND ITS APPLICATION IN THE TREATMENT OF RECYCLE COOLING WATER WITH HIGH SALT CONTENT

RP-92,a water treatment agent based on the phosphono-carboxylate copolymer,RP92(A) has been used for treating recycle cooling water with high salt content.The test result of laboratory dynamic simulation for RP-92 showed that the corrosion rates of carbon steel tube set in the exchanger were less than 0.015 mm/a,and the fouling rates of the exchanging heat surface were less than 3.6mg/cm2 per month.The on-site 8000 hr continuous application showed that the said corrosion rates were less than 0.061 mm/a without pit corrosion,and the fouling rates were less than 11 mg/cm' per month.The treating efficiency of RPw92 is better than that of conventional polyphosphate formulation,and the phosphate content in recycle cooling water is also much lower.The RP-92 toxicity was evaluated,and RP-92was proven to be low toxicity and no enviromental contamination.
