居住区交往空间的规划设计

马丘比丘宣言指出：＂我们深信人的相互作用和交往是城市存在的基本依据,城市规划与住房设计必须反映这一现实＂。居住区是人们长期聚居的生活空间,和谐、融洽的邻里关系和社区氛围来源于人与人的交往。在进行居住小区规划时，要把交往行为和居民活动特征作为规划的主要任务之一，为居民交往创造良好的空间场所和环境气氛。

Planning and Design of Intercourses Space of Residential District

The CHARTER OF MIACHU PICCHU points out:" We are deeply convinced the interaction and intercourse among people is the basis of the urban survival. The urban planning and housing design are the true reflection of such reality. "The residential district is a life space for people to live in a compact community for a long time. The harmonious neighborhood relations and the community atmosphere come from friendly intercourse among people. When an architect makes a plan for a residential district, he/she shall take contact behavior and residents’ activities into consideration as one of the important tasks for his/her plan, so as to create a good space and environment for residents contact.
