| 摘 要： | 给出了一种基于DSP的火力控制板的测试方案,该方案以DSP为控制核心,利用其丰富的I/O资源对火力控制板的输入控制信号进行模拟,并由电源提供其正常工作时的输入电压信号,然后对火力控制板的输出信号进行采集、分析与计算,以测试火力控制板的完好性。该方案不仅完成了对火力控制板输出直流电压、交流电压与频率的测试,而且提出了一种使单体既可脱离设备,但又正常工作的测试方法。该方案具有操作简单,易于实现等优点,可推广到XX高炮电气系统其他单体测试时使用。

| Abstract: | A testing method for Firepower Controlling Panel is given in this paper,which adopts the DSP as the control core,using its rich I/O to simulate the controlling signal of the Firepower Controlling Panel,and the normal working voltage is supplied by the power.The output signal of the panel is acquisitioned,analyzed and calculated in order to test the integrity of the panel.By the method,not only the DC voltage,AC voltage and frequency are tested,but also one mode is presented can make it working as usual as well,disassociating from the system.The method is simply to operate and easy to realize...It can be extended to other testing system of XX electrical system in the XX type cannon. |
