论地方高校图书馆特色馆藏与科研服务

地方高校图书馆应根据学校的发展目标和教学、科学研究的需要，根据馆藏基础及地区或系统文献资源布局的统筹安排，制订文献信息资源建设方案，形成具有本校特色的馆藏体系．论述了特色馆藏建设的必要性和重要性及其类型和实现途径，并在此基础上提出如何进一步为科研提供服务等问题．

On the Characteristic Collection and Research Services of Local University Libraries

In accordance with the need of the development goals and teaching and scientific research, the basic collections, and overall arrangements of regional or systemic layout of literature resources, local university libraries should make plans for the construction of literature information resources in order to form a collection system with the characteristics of that university. This paper discusses the necessity, significance, types and implementary approaches of the construction of characteristic collections, on the basis of which it propounds some solutions to such issues as how to further provide services for scientific researches, etc.
