| 摘 要： | 介绍一种低速A／D转换器来实现对高分辨率线阵CCD输出信号进行数据采集的方法，该方法硬件以89C51单片机为核心，以Intel8253作为同步控制器，驱动A／D转换，并通过软件实现对CCD输出信号进行等间隔、多周期采样．该系统电路简单、成本低、可靠性高，已成功用于数字水准仪的数据采集系统。

| Abstract: | A method of data acquisition for high resolution output signal of linear array CCD using low speed (A/D) converter is introduced. The hardware is controlled by 89C51 single chip computers in this method. A/D conversion is drived by synchro controller-Intel 8253. Equal interval,multiple periodic sampling for CCD output signal is realized by software. The problem of low speed of A/D conversion is resovled.The system has the charactors with simple circuit ,low cost, high reliability,the system has many advantages. It is used effectively in data acquisition system of digital level. |
