| 摘 要： | 通过水溶液全循环法尿素装置中合成塔压力调节阀在线维护,总结出一套行之有效的方法,确保使开车状态下,对合成塔压力调节阀阀门定位器等设备故障的维修或更换对工艺控制的影响达到最小,从而避免生产的大幅度波动及减量或停车,为尿素生产的长周期稳定运行打下良好基础。

| Abstract: | Through in-situ maintenance of the pressure regulating valve of the synthesis converter in a urea plant,an effective method has been found to ensure minimum impact of the said maintenance(or the replacement of the valve localizer during operation) on process control.This avoids big production fluctuation or shutdown.It provides a sound basis for long and steady operation of urea plants. |
