有色金属矿集区协同采矿理论与实践

摘    要:为加快实现我国有色矿集区矿产资源的集约安全高效开采, 从个旧矿集区矿产资源开发利用出发, 针对国内矿产资源“多、小、散”的赋存特点和管理粗放、集约化程度低的开发方式, 总结提出了矿集区协同采矿理论体系, 包含五律协同采矿理论、多尺度协同采矿理论、时空协同采矿理论。在该理论的指引下, 个旧矿集区整合矿集区矿产资源, 优化生产系统网络, 革新缓倾斜复杂难采矿体采矿方法, 开发矿山信息化、集约化关键配套技术, 构建了区域矿山协同采矿模式。工程实践表明:区域矿山协同采矿模式具有巨大的经济效益和良好的推广价值, 为我国中小型矿集区规模化、集约化开采指明了方向, 对我国采矿科学技术进步做出了重要贡献。

Abstract:In order to accelerate the realization of the intensive, safe and efficient exploitation of mineral resources in China's non-ferrous metallic minerals assemblage areas, a theory system for synergetic mining was proposed for those minerals assemblage areas based on exploitation of mineral resource in Gejiu minerals assemblage area, in view of the domestic resources being multiple, scattered and in a small scale, as well as under the extensive management. Based on the theory, the synergetic mining can be divided into the synergetic mining based on five principles, the synergetic mining based on different dimensions, and the synergetic mining based on different spaces and time. Under the guidance of this theory, the mineral resources in Gejiu minerals assemblage area has been integrated, the production network has been optimized, the innovative mining method has been developed for those gently-inclined orebody being complex and difficult for mining, key supporting technologies for mine informatization and intensification have been developed. As a result, a synergetic mining mode for the regional mines has been established. The engineering practice has approved that the synergetic mining mode for regional mines can bring huge economic benefits and is worthy of promotion and wide application. It can not only provide the direction for large-scale and intensive mining of those small and medium-sized minerals assemblage areas, but also makes important contributions to the progress in our country's mining technologies.
