| 摘 要： | 通过化学氧化分散聚合法合成聚苯胺乳液，利用单因素轮换法探讨了聚苯胺乳液的最佳合成条件，并以聚苯胺乳液为基料，配制了水溶性带锈涂料。研究了涂料的组分及配制方法．讨论了转化剂、缓蚀剂、防锈颜料、填料等对涂料除锈和防锈能力的影响。试验所制涂料可将钢铁表面的铁锈转化为成膜物牢固结合在钢铁表面。

| Abstract: | Polyaniline emulsion , as a fundamental element of paint, was synthesized by the technology of chemical oxidation dispersion polymerization (CODP) and its optimum synthesis conditions were studied, too. According to the physical and chemical characteristics of conversion reagent, inhibitor and filling agent etc, a kind of water-soluble paint for rusting surfaces was prepared. The anti-rust performance of the paint is very good. The testing results show that all properties of the paint meet the national standards. |
