摘    要:对出现开裂的5CrMnMo大型热锻模进行了金相、硬度、断口分析。结果表明:淬火加热温度过高,加热时间过长,形成了粗大的马氏体组织;淬火冷却时终冷温度过低,导致过高的淬火应力使锻模表面出现淬火开裂现象。针对此问题采取相应措施后避免了锻模的淬火开裂。

Abstract:The quench-cracking of 5CrMnMo alloy steel was studied by metallograph analysis and SEM. The results show that the high quench temperature and long hold time promoted formation of large Martensite microstructure inducing micro quencn-cracking of the steel; the low final cooling temperature during quenching induced a high quench-stress and quench-cracking. To resolve this problem,the heatreatment process has been changed to prevent the die from quench-cracking.
