摘    要:通过热处理工艺参数的变化,研究了变形的纯钛板接头组织及晶粒度变化规律.结果表明,弯折压平交替变形后,随热处理温度的升高,再结晶形核率增加.720℃下经0.5 h保温后,晶粒细化效果明显,焊缝和母材的晶粒度级差可减小到0.5级;弯折与压平交替变形的循环次数不宜过多,达到某一数值后,并不能提高晶粒度级别;应在较低的温度下进行不超过1h保温、空冷热处理.

Abstract:The microstructure and grain size evolution of pure titanium welding joint during isothermal bending through the change of heat treatment parameters were investigated. The results show that after alternate deformation, with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the nucleation ratio of recrystallization rises. The grain size difference could reduce to a half level when holding for 0.5 h at 720℃; alternate bending times should not be too much and holding time should be less than 1h at low temperature, cooling in air.
