聚合物基人工关节材料摩擦学性能的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近年来国内外人工关节材料及其摩擦学性能的研究现状和进展,重点介绍评述了聚合物基关节材料的增强方法与实际应用。大量的研究结果表明,提高人工关节材料抗磨损性能的主要途径还是对材料进行复合以及表面改性。不同的处理参数对材料抗磨损性能有很大影响,合理地选择处理方法可以很大程度上提高材料的抗磨损性能。对人工关节软骨的研究作了简要的介绍,对今后的研究重点提出了建议。

Abstract:The potential artificial articular materials and their tribological performances, improve methods and applications in recent years were discussed. Research results indicate that composite methods and surface treatments are the main approach to change mechanical characters of artificial articular materials. Properly selection from potential materials and corresponding modify methods can enhance tribological properties of artificial articular. The related researches of artificial articular cartilage were discussed, and the problems to be solved and the future directions to be furthered were suggested.
