| 摘 要： | 目前，旁站监理存在旁站记录与旁站方案规定的内容不相符，存在有的旁站方案列入的内容无旁站记录，旁站记录内容过于简单、空洞等问题。本文试从旁站监理的理论依据入手，阐述如何通过贯彻质量管理体系，提高旁站监理工作质量。 |

| Abstract: | At present, the content of site station supervision is not consistent with the site station records and the plan regulation, which exist the content of some site program with no site station record, and the record contents of site station have too simple, hollow and other issues. This article starts from the theoretical basis of site station supervision, elaborates how to implement the quality management system, and improve the work quality of site station supervision. |
