基于强优弱劣机制组合算法的机械结构优化技术

摘    要:针对当前多极值函数全局寻优问题中,各种优化算法虽具全局寻优能力但不能确保寻到全局最优的状况,在研究混合离散变量优化(MDOD)方法和正交网格法的基础上,提出了新的组合式全局寻优策略,以此来改进的MDOD方法和正交网格法进行有机组合,充分利用MDOD方法的高效率性和正交网格法的稳定性协同寻优。该算法应用于桥式起重机的结构优化,可强化各自的优点,弱化各自的缺点,与其他优化方法相比可更大地降低制造成本。

Abstract:In view of problems that most global optimization algorithms have global search optimization ability,but don't ensure to get global optimization,in multi-extremum function's global search problem,the paper presents a combined algorithm on the basis of research on improved MDOD and orthogonal gridding.It makes full use of high efficiency of MDOD and stability of orthogonal gridding together to search optimization and realizes the optimization mechanism of strengthening their merits and reducing their defects.It can be used to optimize the structure of overhead traveling crane to manufacturing cost.
