可钻桥塞水平井分段压裂工艺在致密低渗气田的应用

大牛地气田是典型的致密低渗气藏,使用水平井分段压裂工艺技术是开发此类气藏的有效手段,该技术的成功应用已成为目前大牛地气田高效开发的重要保障.大牛地气田主要采用裸眼预置管柱水平井分段压裂工艺,但该工艺存在裂缝起裂位置无法确认、管柱永久留在井里和无法后续改造等局限性.为了解决这些问题,在DPH-47井对可钻桥塞射孔联作水平井分段压裂工艺进行了现场试验.文中论述了该工艺的技术特点,并针对不同技术难点介绍了井下工具水力泵送、水平井钻塞和井口捕屑等3大关键配套技术.现场试验表明,该工艺时效性高,改造效果好,具有一定的推广价值.

Application of drillable bridging plug staged fracturing technology for horizontal well in low permeability and tight gas field

Daniudi Gas Field is a typical tight gas reservoir with low permeability. Using the staged fracturing technology tor horizontal wells is an effective development means to develop this kind of gas reservoir. At present, the successful application of this teehnology has become an important guarantee for the efficient develop,nent of Daniudi Gas Field. The open-hole preset pipe string of staged fracturing technique is used in horizontal wells of Daniudi Gas Field. But the process has limitations that crack initiation location cannot be confirmed, pipe string stays in well permanently, and subsequent reform cannot be carried out. In order to overcome the above problems, the staged fracturing technology is applied in Horizontal Well DPH-47 with drillable bridging plug and clustering perforation. This paper mainly describes the technological characteristics of drillable bridging plug staged fraeturiug. And according to the rations technical difficuhies, it introduces three key supporting technologies, such as the downhole tools hydraulic pumping tecbnology, the drilling technology of horizontal well and the wellhead capture chip technology. Finally, it analyzes the field application of this technology in DPH47 well in Daniudi Gas Field. Field test shows that this technology has bigh efficiency, good effect of refoml and a certain signiticance of promotion.
