流浆箱箱板电解抛光工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了流浆箱箱板的电解抛光工艺。主要讨论了抛光液组分及工艺参数对304不锈钢电解抛光效果的影响,通过探索性实验和正交试验得出了最佳配方和工艺条件为:柠檬酸180g/L,硫酸60mL/L,甘油20mL/L,六次甲基四胺15mL/L,温度55℃,电流密度4A/dm2,时间4min。不锈钢试样表面粗糙度可达到0.15~0.20μm。

Abstract:Electrolytic polishing processes of board for headbox is studied. The influence of polishing composition and technological parameters to electrolytic polishing effect of 304 stainless steel are discussed. Through the exploratory experiments and orthogonai experiment, the optimum formulation and process conditions are as follows: citric acid is 180g/L, sulfuric acid is 60mL/L, glycerol is 20mL/L, hexamethylenetetramine is 15g/L, the temperature of electrolytic liquid is 55 ℃, current density is 4A/dm^2, electrolytic time is 4 minutes. The surface roughness of stainless steel can reach 0.15 - 0.20 micron.
