摘    要:探讨了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定锰铁合金中铬、硅、磷的分析条件。试样经过氧化钠熔融分解,盐酸酸化,采用ICP-AES于同一试液中联合测定铬、硅、磷。铁、锰的背景干扰采用背景校正扣除;样品溶液中加入内标元素锶,有效克服了仪器波动产生的影响。确定了仪器的最佳分析条件,选择铬、硅、磷的内标谱线分别为346.446,215.284,177.839nm,分析谱线分别为267.716,212.412,178.287nm。该法已用于锰铁合金中铬、硅、磷的测定,测定结果与化学法相符,相对标准偏差

Abstract:An inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)for the determination of chromium,silicon,phosphorus in the ferromanganese alloy was estabilished and the analytical conditions were discussed.The sample was liquated using Na2O2.Acidulated with HCl,the simultaneous determination of chromium,silicon,phosphorus was then achieved in the same sample solution by ICP-AES.The interference from the background signal of Fe and Mn could be avoided by using the background correction.The effect from the fluctuation of instrument was effectively overcome through adding Sr as a internal standard element in the sample solution.The optimal working conditions were established and the internal standard lines of 346.446,215.284,177.839 nm were selected.The analytical spectral lines were 267.716,212.412,178.287 nm for chromium,silicon,phosphorus,respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of chromium,silicon,phosphorus in the ferromanganese alloy with the RSDs of 1.1%-3.7%,recoveries of 96%-104%.The determination results of the method were agreement with those of chemical method.
