| 摘 要： | 从智慧城市现状入手,提炼智慧城市的"智慧"要素,结合实际问题,描绘智慧城市的"智慧"愿景。由于智慧城市是系统之系统,因此在智慧城市规划、建设时,需要做好顶层设计,遵循系统设计原则,以"共享协同"的智慧城市体系框架为参考,围绕城市运行,构建"集成、融合、开放、协同"的智慧城市公共服务支撑平台,解决信息孤岛,并实现创新的流程再造。

| Abstract: | This paper first refines the ＂smart＂ factors from the present situation of smart city, and then depicts the ＂smart＂ strategic vision of smart city combined with practical problems. Smart city is a system of systems, so it needs to do top-level design well based on the principles of system design when smart city planning and construction. Also it needs to refer to ＂sharing and collaborating ＂system framework of smart city. To build an ＂integrated, converged, open collaborative＂public service support platform of smart city, this can solve the problem of isolated information and to realize the innovative process reengineering. |
