铝锰铁合金在低碳铝镇静钢中的应用

摘    要:介绍了韶钢用铝锰铁合金脱氧合金化生产低碳铝镇静钢的工艺,采用铝锰铁脱氧合金后,低碳铝镇静钢的炼成率从原工艺的93%提高到99%以上,并且轧材的质量有了大幅度的提高.

Abstract:This article introduces the process that ShaoSteel uses the deoxidized alloyage of aluminium mangnanese iron alloy to produce low-carbon-aluminium killed steel.After deoxidized alloyaeg of aluminium mangnanese iron alloy has been used,the production ratio of low-carbon-aluminium killed steel has increased to 99% from the original 93%,and the quality of rolled steel has been improved a lot.
