摘    要:该文主要针对手机导光板在市场上使用一段时间容易变黄的问题开展了试验研究。采用密度、红外光谱仪(IR)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)对易发黄手机导光板、良品手机导光板、原材料1及原材料2进行了一致性测试,发现前后两次供货的手机导光板材质不一致。由此说明企业在来料控制时对材料进行一致性确认的重要性。

Abstract:This article launched test and study on mobile phone light guide plate used for some time in the market easily discolored.Conformance testing was tested on easily yellowing phone light guide plate,good phone light guide plate,raw material 1 and raw material 2 by Density,infrared spectroscopy(tR),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA).The results show that the materials of phone light guide plate supplied were not consistent.This showed that the consistency confirmation of incoming material control is very important.
