摘    要:通过分析热变形与热量之间的关系 ,提出利用平均线膨胀系数 ,将较复杂温度分布 (如移动持续热源形成的温度分布 )情况下工件热变形量的计算简化为热量含量相同且温度均布状态下工件热变形量的计算方法 ,并给出了计算实例

Abstract:Based on systematically analyzing the relationship between thermal deformation and heat, a calculating method of thermal deformation using the average thermal expansion coefficient is put forward, by which the calculation of workpiece's thermal deformation under relatively complex temperature distribution conditions, such as the temperature distributing caused by moving durable thermal source, can be simplified to the calculation of workpiece's thermal deformation under even temperature distributing and with the same quality of heat, and a calculating example is presented.
